Mr. James M. Hall is the General Manager of Blue Springs Metals, LLC. Mr. Hall has over 20 years of experience in the steel industry.
Mr. Hall has worked for Toyota Tsusho America, Inc (TAI) since 1994. He has served in various roles throughout the company from crane operator to group leader to Assistant Manager of Operations over Slitting and Blanking processes to Manager of Quality Processing for North America.
During his tenure at TAI, Mr. Hall led TAI to initial and ongoing certification of ISO:9001 standard TS16949. Mr. Hall developed processes using Toyota Production Systems methodology to ensure resilient and reliable execution of quality production systems. Mr. Hall also served as chief quality & safety auditor ensuring that Toyota Tsusho’s suppliers also met the Toyota Production System standards.
Mr. Hall served 7 years in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer and Tank Commander. In the Army he was awarded the Army Medal of Achievement and the Trailblazer Award.
Mr. Hall is a dedicated member of his community. He has raised 5 children of his own as well as been a foster parent to 16 additional children. He is currently a member The Community Development Foundation of Tupelo.
